Our Village has a Blessing Box!
/The Village would like to thank Mary Ekhoff who made the Blessing Box possible! Mary saw in our community the need, to help those in need. “It takes a Village, take what you want, leave what you can”. With Blessing Box Illinois’ blessings and Mary’s hard work, on October 1st, our Village Blessing Box found a home at the Grant Park Police Department. Read more about Blessing Box Illinois here. FALL LEAF PICK-UP
/Leaves in Grant Park will be picked up on Mondays in October and November. They must be left in narrow rows along the street so the leaf vacuum can accommodate them. Please remove sticks from the leaf piles as they can clog the equipment.
Yard waste containers will continue to be picked up by our scavenger on Tuesdays through November 27th.
TRICK OR TREAT AT THE PARK!
/JOIN THE GRANT PARK FESTIVALS COMMITTEE MEMBERS AT THE PARK ON HALLOWEEN. THEY WILL BE HANDING OUT TREATS AND HOT COCOA.
