Dear Aqua Customer:

This is an important notice from Aqua sent April 10, 2021 to customers from 20 thru 25 and 36 thru 41 Lake Metonga Trl, Grant Park IL. The precautionary boil water advisory issued April 9, 2021 for your system has been lifted.

Based on test results received today for samples collected after the system pressure dropped below 20 PSI due to a main break repair, you no longer need to boil water for consumption.

Dear Aqua Customer:

This is an important notice from Aqua sent April 9, 2021. Please note only those customers from 20 thru 25 and 36 thru 41 Lake Metonga Trl, Grant Park IL of the Kankakee Water System are affected. This is not a system wide notification.

Because the system pressure dropped below 20 PSI due to a main break, Aqua has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers in the affected area. Aqua advises you to use boiled or bottled water for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice. Bring water to a boil, boil it for five minutes and let it cool before use. We will notify you as soon as it is no longer necessary to boil your water.
