Village of Grant Park Announcements
Leaves in Grant Park will be picked up on Mondays in October and November. They must be left in narrow rows along the street so the leaf vacuum can accommodate them. Please remove sticks from the leaf piles as they can clog the equipment.
Yard waste containers will continue to be picked up by our scavenger on Tuesdays through November 27th.
JOIN THE GRANT PARK FESTIVALS COMMITTEE MEMBERS AT THE PARK ON HALLOWEEN. THEY WILL BE HANDING OUT TREATS AND HOT COCOA.
SHOW US YOUR “SMALL TOWN PROUD” AND JOIN IN THE FUN!
There will be no brush pick-up between 9/3-9/10. Brush pick-up will resume the week of 9/17.
The Village of Grant Park is located in northeastern Kankakee County in the state of Illinois. The Village was incorporated in 1883. As of the 2010 census, there were 1,331 residents in the Village. Here you'll find a farm community with an excellent school system and community services. Our various businesses and community events will give you plenty of reasons to visit our little piece of the world.
