BOIL ORDER

Dear AQUA Customer:

This is an important notice from AQUA sent 08-17-2026. Please note, only notified customers at 112 to 150 North Stanley and 207 to 221 East Curtis St in Grant Park, Illinois are affected. This is not a system wide notification.

Customers may experience low pressure to a complete loss of service due to a leaking valve repair in the area.

Because the system pressure dropped below 20 PSI, Aqua has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for customers in the affected area. Aqua advises you to use boiled or bottled water for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, and food preparation until further notice. Bring water to a boil, boil it for five minutes and let it cool before use. We will notify you as soon as it is no longer necessary to boil your water.
